This website has been specifically designed for the private sale of a beautiful country property with views to the Cotswolds. The house is pictured above taken from the stunning established and well kept garden. There is also the possibility to swap with a very similar property in southern Spain; Andalusia region, Murcia or Almeria.

The floor plans of the house that are contained in this site and not actually to scale in some places. This is due to thickness of the walls.

Due to the age of the property and various additions over the past 210 years, the walls vary from 2 foot thick local grey stone to double skin modern bricks. Due to this fact this is why the floor plans do not appear to match each other.

However, the internal dimensions of each room shown are accurately taken using a laser tape measure.
