Basement

The basement of the house has been converted into a "Party room" with pool table and mahogany bar.

It's a good sized room and has individually controlled recessed ceiling lights.

This used to be the old cellar when the property was a pub in the early 1900s. Extensive work was carried out during the renovation of the property to make it water tight. The steps leading down into the basement still have the original oak barrel rails either side adding to the unique character of the room. The hand rails on the stairs are reclaimed brass foot rails from a pub.
